the fun back into choosing your dream holiday.
There’s a Virgin Holidays store somewhere in your area, as we cover England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. You can also find us in partnership with many ‘Next’ stores.
You can visit us seven days a week, and we’re here for you in the evenings too.
We’ve reduced our opening hours in some stores, so please make sure to check the times in advance for the store you want to visit. Our hours will also be subject to change depending on how government guidance for each store’s region may vary across the coming months.
We recommend you book an appointment to make sure you can have some dedicated time with one of our team in your favourite store. Without an appointment, we can’t guarantee there’ll be a member of the team available to help you. You can book your appointment at the top of this page.
A maximum of two people can attend an in-store appointment. Please check the government website for the rules which apply to your region so you know who you can bring along with you to the appointment, for example, if you all have to be from the same household.

When we say we’re travel experts, we mean it. We’ve got insider knowledge on the holidays we offer and we’re here to help. Do you need to book a romantic restaurant or are you seeking the perfect secluded beach? We’ve probably been there, so ask away!
We’re unable to process refunds in-store. If this is something you need help with, please refer to the FAQs on our website, or alternatively you can log into ‘Manage Your Booking’ on our website to check the status of your refund.

Our store teams will be wearing appropriate PPE, and where possible, will be using transparent hygiene screens located between themselves and you during your consultation.
Unfortunately, there are elements of our store experience which we can’t offer at the moment due to Covid-19 restrictions. This includes free food and beverages at the bar, kids’ areas, rollercoasters, Secret Cinema and spa services.
You’ll be able to view the Premium and Upper Class seats, you just won’t be able to try them out at this time.
We’ll no longer be using brochures, to minimise contact transmission risk between customers.
All stores will have a deep clean prior to re-opening and once open, will receive frequent professional cleaning throughout the week.
